"Having specified and installed the Mavrik triple pane windows on a several jobs we have found the product to be reliable and easy to install. On the design end there is great communication up to finalizing the order and ensuring all project specific details have been covered. On a recent multi-unit project Henry was willing to research and coordinate hardware for our exterior doors to suit the requirements of the project. Customer service has been very responsive and proactive, checking in with us when they are in the Boston area to see if there are any adjustments or assistance that can be provided. Clear communication from early proposals and design through logistics and shipping right into post installation follow-up gives me a lot of confidence in the Mavrik team and the product."
